Alerts and reports

Alerts when it matters. Reports when you want them.

Kinuvo tells you when something needs you, like an SOS, an arrival or a request, and stays quiet otherwise. When you want the bigger picture, four reports cover the last 30 days.

Everything Kinuvo notifies you about

  • Emergency SOS
  • Arrived at or left a saved place
  • A request for more time
  • A request to use a blocked app
  • A new app waiting for approval
  • A new app blocked automatically
  • An app uninstalled
  • A protection setting switched off
That’s the complete list. There’s no alert when a limit is reached or an app is blocked.

Only what matters.

You’re notified for an SOS, an arrival at or departure from a saved place, your child’s requests for more time or a blocked app, new apps waiting for approval or blocked automatically, an app being uninstalled, and a protection setting being switched off. That’s the complete list, so you’re never flooded.

Answer from the notification.

Requests and new apps open straight to a screen where you decide: add time or say not now, allow access or keep an app blocked, approve or reject a new app. Your child sees your answer on their phone.

On every phone you’re signed in on.

Two parents signed in to the same account both get every alert, including SOS. When one of you answers an SOS, the other phone updates too.

A 24-hour feed, not a log.

The Alerts tab shows the last 24 hours, with All and Unread views. Older alerts leave the feed, while the decisions behind them, like approvals and SOS, are kept.

Notifications that say only what’s needed.

Notifications never include coordinates, street addresses or usage figures. A place alert names the saved place, like “Arrived at School”.

Reports

Four reports, up to 30 days back.

See which apps, how long, where they went and what was blocked, so conversations start from what actually happened.

App Usage

Which apps, and for how long: totals, a daily average, a chart, Top Apps and a trend compared with the period before. Today, this week or a custom period, counted in your child’s own day and time zone.

It includes all use, whether or not a Daily Limit was on, so it can differ from Daily Limit time.

Location

A map and numbered timeline of stops and journeys for today, yesterday, or the last 7 or 30 days, with stops matched to your Saved Places and directions to any of them.

More about location history

Installed Apps

Every app on your child’s phone, with its icon and a label when it’s blocked or has a time limit. It updates at least daily, and soon after something new is installed.

Web Blocked Attempts

The sites Web Protection blocked, the reason and how often. Only blocked attempts, never general browsing.

More about web protection

Your Home screen also shows a Weekly Usage chart with the top apps of the last 7 days.

Good to know

Honest limits are part of trust.

  • There’s no alert when a Daily Limit is reached, an app is blocked or a schedule starts.
  • You can’t yet choose which alert types notify you.
  • Reports cover up to 30 days. There’s no export, email or PDF.
  • App categories come from what each app declares to Android, so many apps appear under Other. Categories need Android 8.0 or newer.
  • If your child’s phone has been offline, recent activity appears once it reconnects.
